Stay Alive Movie Story - Synopsis. A group of teenagers begin to play a very realistic videogame called Stay Alive after a while they discover a connection betweenthe game and real-life, they are each being brutally murdered in the same way as the character they played in the game. As the thin line between the game world and the real world disappears, the group must find a way to STAY ALIVE.
